Fire investigators suspect that a two-alarm fire that broke out last week at a Concord flower shop may have been intentionally set, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District spokeswoman Emily Hopkins said today.
The fire broke out at Sonset Flowers, located at 5354 Clayton Road, at around 5:30 p.m. and reached two alarms before it was brought under control at 5:59 p.m., Hopkins said.
When firefighters arrived, flames could be seen coming out of the building's attic area, Hopkins said.
